Each set is concert-pitched, one hundred percent solid copper, and one hundred percent Solfeggio tuned, designed to introduce rhythm, coherence, and gentle resolution into the environment through sound, geometry, and material intelligence.

Copper Care & Aging
Untreated, Pure Copper
These wind chimes are made from 100% solid copper and are not treated with chemicals, coatings, or sealants. This is intentional to preserve natural resonance and tone.
Natural Aging Is Normal
Over time, copper will darken and develop a natural patina. This is a normal oxidation process and part of the design. As the copper ages, the sound can become fuller and more mature.
Optional Cleaning
The tubes are not removable. If you want to restore brightness, you can clean them while mounted.
You’ll need: white vinegar, table salt, soft cloth or sponge, small bowl
Step 1: Mix white vinegar with a small amount of salt
Step 2: Dip a soft cloth or sponge into the mixture
Step 3: Gently wipe each copper tube
Step 4: Let the solution sit for up to 5 minutes
Step 5: Wipe clean with a damp cloth
Step 6: Dry thoroughly with a soft towel
Best Practices
Let the copper age naturally for the richest sound over time
Clean only if cosmetic brightness is desired
Always dry fully after cleaning
Avoid abrasive pads, harsh cleaners, sprays, or sealants
Hang where the chimes can move freely and resonate naturally

Limited Craftsmanship Warranty
This product is covered by a 1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies only to Sacred Solfeggio Prime 6 Concert Tuned Wind Chimes.
What Is Covered
• Defects in materials or craftsmanship
• Structural failure of copper tubes due to workmanship
• Defects in assembly or hanging components under normal use
What Is Not Covered
• Natural copper patina, oxidation, or color change
• Tonal changes or sound evolution over time
• Weather exposure, wind damage, or environmental conditions
• Damage from misuse, improper installation, or accidents
• Damage caused by chemical cleaners, abrasives, or sealants
• Normal wear associated with outdoor or semi-outdoor use
Copper is intentionally left untreated and designed to age naturally.
Patina, darkening, and tonal maturation are normal characteristics and are not considered defects.
This product contains no electronics and produces no emissions.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us within the 1-year warranty period and include:
• Proof of purchase
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
If approved, we will, at our discretion:
• Repair the item
• Replace the affected component
• Replace the product with the same or equivalent item
Shipping costs for warranty service may vary depending on location.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
Because this item is handcrafted, made-to-order, and often customized,
returns are limited.
Returns are accepted only if:
• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
• The item has not been installed or used
All damage claims must include clear photos of both the product and original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or upgraded configurations (Tensor and/or Crystal upgrades)
• Items that show signs of use or installation
• Items exposed to weather or environmental conditions
• Changes in sound, patina, or appearance due to natural aging
Once installed or exposed to outdoor conditions, the item is considered accepted.
Refunds
If a return is approved:
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective
