Shipping Policy for Sacred Ritual Oils

At Sacred Ritual Oils, we strive to provide exceptional service to our customers in the United States and select international destinations. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping process, delivery times, shipping methods, shipping costs, international shipping responsibilities, and important order restrictions.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–7 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Most in-stock products, including oils, essentials, Phenakite pendants, and similar items, are prepared and shipped within this timeframe.

Custom handmade products, including coils, iTorus pendants, and specialty frequency tools, may require an additional 3–4 weeks before shipping because they are made by hand specifically for each customer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping where available.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered, product availability, production time, destination, and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Most Sacred Ritual Oils products, including oils, essentials, Phenakite pendants, and most in-stock items, are typically shipped within 7 business days after payment is received.

Some specialty items, including coils, iTorus pendants, and custom handmade frequency tools, may require an additional 3–4 weeks before shipping. These items are custom made by hand by the factory for each customer and may require extra production time before they are ready to ship.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after the order has shipped.

International delivery times vary by destination country, customs processing, carrier availability, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout when available.

For backordered or custom-made products, please allow the additional production time listed on the product page or communicated after purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, destination, and shipping method selected.

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping for orders shipped within the United States totaling $250 or more.

Free shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders only, unless otherwise stated in a promotion.

Orders eligible for free shipping will have the option automatically applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

You can track the status of your order by clicking the tracking link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

International Shipping

Sacred Ritual Oils ships to select international destinations where shipping rates are available at checkout.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are permitted for import into their country. Sacred Ritual Oils is not responsible for packages delayed, held, rejected, returned, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or local authorities.

International shipping availability may change at any time based on carrier limitations, customs restrictions, product restrictions, or destination-country regulations.

Customs, Duties, VAT, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer or recipient and are not collected, controlled, or paid by Sacred Ritual Oils unless clearly stated at checkout.

Sacred Ritual Oils is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional charges required by the destination country.

If a package is refused, abandoned, returned, held, or destroyed due to unpaid customs fees, import restrictions, or local regulations, Sacred Ritual Oils is not responsible for refunding shipping costs, customs fees, or any related charges.

P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, and Shipping Restrictions

At this time, Sacred Ritual Oils does not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain countries due to carrier limitations, customs rules, product restrictions, or local import regulations.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped due to shipping restrictions, carrier limitations, customs issues, or incorrect shipping information.

Freight Forwarders and Third-Party Shipping Services

If you choose to use a freight forwarder or third-party shipping service, Sacred Ritual Oils is only responsible for delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Once the package is delivered to the freight forwarder or third-party shipping service, Sacred Ritual Oils is not responsible for lost packages, damaged packages, customs holds, delays, refused deliveries, additional fees, or delivery issues that occur after forwarding.

Any customs duties, VAT, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, import fees, or additional charges related to forwarding the package outside the United States are the sole responsibility of the customer or recipient.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Sacred Ritual Oils is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or non-pickup, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, shipping delays may occur due to weather, natural disasters, carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, production delays, supply-chain delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

We will provide updates on any significant shipping delays whenever possible and work to resolve them as quickly as we can.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the selected carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly and check with neighbors, building management, mailrooms, or local delivery locations.

Sacred Ritual Oils is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can review the issue.
