Returns and Refund Policy

At Sacred Ritual Oils (PeMF Healing LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your items, provided the following conditions are met:

• Unbroken Protective Seal: Returns are accepted only if the protective seal on the product packaging remains unbroken. If the seal is broken or tampered with, returns will not be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Return Request: To initiate a return, please contact us at sacredritualoil@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization and instructions for returning the item.

• Return Shipping: Please ensure the product is securely packaged for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item and verify that the protective seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at sacredritualoil@gmail.com to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Price Adjustments:
Price adjustments are available if a sale occurs within 7 business days of your original purchase date. Requests are subject to verification and are at the discretion of our customer support team. Discounts offered as a courtesy do not alter the standard price adjustment policy.

Shipping Policy

We strive to process and ship your order promptly. Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but all orders will be delivered within 28 days of purchase.
